¡Feliz Aniversario... to us!

Eight wonderful years (and a day - I see the clock just rounded midnight...) ago Gabbi & I were married overlooking Sayulita's beautiful (and even more tranquil at the time) bay, in the Gran Villa at Villa Amor.  Twenty-four of our closest friends and family joined us in our favorite Mexican beach town where we hoped to hang our hats some day.  That was such a special and memorable week, out of which a dream solidified into a plan to actually move to Mexico - which we did less than 2 years later - and start a wedding planning business since we had found so much fun and joy in crafting our own wedding and sharing Sayulita with our own loved ones.  Now here we are, celebrating our 8th anniversary of marriage, having just passed our 6th anniversary of living in Sayulita, loving life and each other more than ever.  Our family, so dear to our hearts, is about to grow to its full power as we welcome another being into our world this fall, and all is grand in the world.

I love you, Gabriel Villarrubia.  Thank you for making my dreams come true and being the most amazing man, partner, lover, father, friend, and husband a gal could ever dream of.  You're so cool.
