¡Feliz Aniversario Danielle + Brian!

Happy 2-Year Anniversary to Danielle and Brian of San Francisco! What a beautiful walk down memory lane it was to scour through their photos looking for images for this post. So much deliciousness from the fabulous Elizabeth Lloyd, who we had the pleasure of working with just last Friday for Patricia and Chris's wedding at Casa Ilusion.

Danielle & Brian's wedding was a simply stunning affair at the incomparably gorgeous Villa Romance in Punta Mita's Ranchos estates. The villa is owned by the founding owner of Sayulita's Villa Amor so you can imagine how beautifully decorated it is. Aside from the amazing house - which features an awesome man-cave / wine cellar / cigar room, and a hidden staircase leading to a loft, tucked inside what looks to be a closet door - the grounds are spectacular, with a sprawling green lawn stretching lazily toward the white sand beach in front of Mita's favorite surf break, La Lancha. Danielle & Brian were the sweetest couple, so great to work with and really laid back. They just wanted a fabulous party for their friends and family with amazing food in a killer setting. A twelve-piece Mariachi set the mood for cocktail hour, with The Mango Trio laying down grooves for dinner, and a DJ rounding out the night. Don Pedro's catered a fabulous dinner and we brought in the illustrious Chef Eric Brown of Don Chow's to set up a fresh sashimi station during cocktail hour... makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Naef Cuisine's champagne cupcakes capped off the night, along with fresh-made churros. Gloria from Concepto Floral created the stunningly vibrant bouquets and centerpieces, as well as the traditional handheld chuppah that the wedding party carried down the aisle and held over the couple during the wedding ceremony.
