Wishing a Super Happy Anniversary to Jefferson & Patrick, who tied the knot at Sayulita's iconic Brisa Mar Palapa on a balmy July evening in 2016! These two are so incredibly madly in love, and their ceremony was easily one of the most emotional and heartfelt weddings we have had the honor to witness. They made it official on the 2-year anniversary of their first date, a 5-day adventure in the Russian River (one of our other #favoriteplaces on the planet). Jefferson is an opera singer and requested a classical trio to play for the ceremony. All the guests wore white, mirroring the palette of the ceremony and reception - clean, crisp, white, with vibrant pops of green and white florals and slate grey table runner accents. The ceremony and reception were (of couse) gorgeous (we especially loved that the tables were all named after SF neighborhoods and we had SO much fun doing the seating chart!) but the truly memorable moments were the sincere and palpable LOVE expressed by each Groom in the ceremony and the all-out FUN of the dance party/reception, which was kicked off with a flash-mob dance organized by Patrick and his friends as a surprise for Jefferson, and which finished with a picture-perfect sparkler-tunnel sendoff for the Grooms, to the sounds of Katy Perry's "Firework" blasting into the Sayulita night sky. "Cause Baby you're a firework - Come on let your colors burst...!!!!"
